How should I store my brownies?
For short-term storage, store brownies in an airtight container. For long-term storage (a few months), store in a zip-top freezer bag. When you want to eat one, unwrap it then microwave in 20 second bursts until it’s defrosted or sit them out a day before serving (at least 3 hours before).

How long will my desserts last?

To maximize the shelf life of brownies, place in a covered airtight container, cover with foil or plastic wrap to prevent drying out. Properly stored, freshly baked brownies will last for about 3 to 4 days at normal room temperature or in the freezer up to 3 months.

What is your shipping policy?

Sum Sweet treats are sold online. To avoid order cancellation, please pay within 24 hours.

Allow 1-3 days for orders to be fulfilled. For treats made fresh to order, please allow time for shipping as well.

All orders are shipped via USPS. When placing your orders through PayPal, please select the USPS shipping options. We ship Monday-Thursday excluding holidays and the day after. ​We DO NOT ship on Sundays.

Cost and shipping methods are provided by USPS. We cannot guarantee the arrival date. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and USPS to resolve any delays that occur, however, SUM SWEET LLC cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.
